A forested, terraced campground on the McCloud Arm. Lower sites look straight at the lake and some upper sites do too. When the lake is high — down to about 50 feet below full pool — boats can be moored on the shore within sight of camp, which is why it fills. Sites have a table, tent pad, fire ring, bear box and paved spur. It is 14 miles down Gilman Road, so it feels remote.
