What is the significance of this?
This Berghaus Air 4XL family camping tent is big, large, and lavish, with 5 + 1 inflatable beams instead of traditional poles. It makes it very simple to use and can be set up by a single individual using the provided manual pump. The maximum height is 84.6 inches (215 cm).
The image below depicts its floor plan and some dimensions to understand its offers. The inner tent, which is blue on the right, has a detachable divider. The divider is sewn into the roof and can be rolled up using toggles.
So you have two sleeping units, but you can also use this space as a single room. The grey area on the left represents its massive living space and front entrance.

The inner tent is depicted in the image below. Because it is pre-attached, this is a dry setup construction with a safeguarded internal, regardless of whether you must pitch the tent in the rain.

You can remove the inner tent and use the fully protected space beneath the shell as a single-room, single-layer tent. So, the space is adaptable; you can have one, two, or three rooms. The porch and living room are shown in the photos below.

The windows and doors
The living room has three doors, two on the sides and one under the porch, as shown in the photo above. All three are double-layer, with a full-size mesh and a zippered panel.
One of the side doors has a dry-entry design with a built-in rain-hood supported by an inflatable brow to keep rain out of the entrance. This is a one-of-a-kind detail; see below for more information.

The tent’s interior also has two doors with mesh sections in the upper part.
In addition to the windows on the doors, the living room has four separate solid windows, all of which have inner shutters for privacy. Two reliable windows are also on the porch’s side walls, as seen in the photos above.
Materials
The support: The tent has no solid poles and is supported by high-performance air beams and quick-release valves. A gauge for pressure and a two-way double-effectiveness pump are included.
The fabric: The outer layer is polyester with a waterproof rating of 6000 mm and fully taped seams. The interior of the tent is made of a ventilated polyester material. Although the material is dark to reduce light, this is not a dark rest tent.
The shell floor is sewn in bathtub style and has fully taped seams. The inner tent has another bathtub-style base, so the sleeping area has two layers. They claim the materials are completely fire-resistant and have been tested to European EN 5912 safety standards.
Ventilation
The tent has good ventilation. A large vent is located on the back side, one high vent is under the porch, and two high vents are above the side windows. On the side behind the sleeping area, there is one low vent. They are all apparent in the photographs.
You’ve already noticed that all of its exterior doors have large mesh. So, regardless of where you use the tent, this will work perfectly.
Other characteristics
This tent has a plethora of storage pockets. You have them under windows on two levels, as shown in the image below. An organizer is between the two doors on the inner tent’s wall. Each sleeping room also has a storage pocket.

- All rooms have lantern hooks.
- E-cable connections.
- Velcro tabs to allow the cable to pass through the tent.
- Both sides have zipped openings for electric hookups.
- Included are a valve tightener and a repair kit.
- Carry bag on wheels with adjustable buckles for easy transportation.
- Use four corner stake pegs and four steel round wire pegs for a secure pitch.
- A carpet and a footprint are optional extras.
Who is it intended for?

The living room is completely sealed and protected, so it can fit four more people if necessary. As a result, this tent is a proper camping castle.
Regarding seasons and climate, this tent cannot be used all year. Because of its solid windows and zippered door panels, it is ideal for a more excellent environment. It is also well-ventilated, making it ideal for warm-weather camping.
Its exaggerated beams won’t collapse under the force of the wind and are not meant to be pressed above, so avoid snow conditions.
